Rugs are taken to our specialized cleaning facility, where pre-inspection determines the cleaning method best suited to your rug’s particular weave, fibers, and dyes. In Plant Area Rug Cleaning

When dealing with delicate handmade oriental rugs. Or rugs that have a serious pet odor issue. It is usually best for us to bring them in to clean them in our cleaning plant.
Delicate Orientals, silk rugs, and specialty rugs. Will be cleaned utilizing the safest methods possible  for each individual rug. Weather it is an Oriental Rug Washing for thorough soil removal.  Dry Oriental rug Shampoo cleaning for rugs that have unstable dyes, or “bleeders” . Being able to properly clean your Fringe is another benefit of having your rugs cleaned in plant. Even specialty Spot Treatments For Pet Stains or Kool-Aid Stains. We have a method of cleaning available to properly care for and thoroughly clean your rug. Once Cleaned they are hung up and speed dried using carpet driers and dehumidifiers.
Rugs that have odor issues will usually be “pit Washed” what this means is they will be submerged in a water/ odor removal solution and cleaned while under water to completely flush out the urine, and the odor.
Once dry all rugs are evaluated for cleanliness any remaining spots  and checked to ensure all  odors were removed. If necessary they will start the process all over again until it is ready for delivery. Usually 7 days, but sometimes up to 10 if there are issues where it needed to be cleaned multiple times. If it needs to be cleaned more than once you do not pay an additional fee. You also do not pay extra for pick-up or delivery. It is included in the price. Once cleaned, a stain-resistant coating will be applied to ensure your rug will stay cleaner longer

On Location Rug Cleaning

Many area rugs can be thoroughly  cleaned in your home. Some rugs may have to, just because of size or the contents on top of them. (bookcase piano ect.) This can still be an effective way of cleaning, we can remove most spots and spills as well as much of the soil and some pet odors. Fringe treatment and serious pet odor removal can be difficult.  Once cleaned, a stain-resistant coating can be applied to ensure your rug will stay cleaner longer.
