We pre-treat the areas to be cleaned with cleaning solution, work it in with a specially made grout line scrub brush. We allow for adequate dwell time and use our patented high pressure ,(800-1200 psi.) steam rinse within a fully enclosed vacuum system that sucks all of the dirt, grime and cleaning solution out of your home and into our high powered truck-mount system. (No mess, just clean, new looking tile and grout).
Once clean it is recommended that we put an invisible barrier, or sealer on the grout lines of ceramic and porcelain, and tile if natural stone. (Recommended but optional)
This system also works on exterior tile & concrete floors. Such as: garage floors, unfinished basements. It is very common for pets to live in these areas and discolor and cause odors.
